Prithvi Shashikant is a member of our Private Equity practice.

Prithvi advises global private equity firms on investments in fintech, tech-enabled services, and high-growth technology assets. He has led over 50 commercial due diligence projects and supported post-acquisition value creation across portfolio companies in India and the US. 

In addition to his client work, Prithvi leads Atlanta's Asians at Bain affinity group.

Before joining Bain, Prithvi conducted graduate research in behavioral economics and decision science at INSEAD, focusing on ethical choice architecture ("nudges"), decision-making in convex systems, and the benefits of delegating decisions. He holds master’s degrees in economics and management from the London School of Economics and Erasmus University Rotterdam, and a bachelor’s degree in economics from NYU.

Outside of work, Prithvi enjoys weightlifting, chess, and exploring games as an art form.
