Roberto Pepe

Roberto is a member of our Private Equity practice.

He advises financial sponsors and portfolio leadership on strategic and commercial challenges across the investment lifecycle, from pre-deal due diligence to value creation and post-merger integration. He brings cross-border experience across Italy and Spain and has worked across multiple sectors, with established expertise in consumer products, education, and industrials.

Roberto holds a BSc and an MSc from Bocconi University and completed study-abroad programs in the Netherlands and the United States. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and outdoor sports, particularly kitesurfing.
