Shane Mangin

Shane Mangin is a member of our Healthcare & Life Sciences and Private Equity practices.

He has deep expertise across the healthcare value chain and advises clients on a range of topics, including healthcare payers, providers, healthcare IT, pharmaceuticals and related services, and medical technology. Shane has supported both corporate clients and financial sponsors on due diligence, corporate M&A, post-acquisition strategy, adjacency strategy, and business unit strategy.

Shane holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a BA in economics and government, summa cum laude, from the College of William & Mary. At Bain, he co-leads MBA recruiting at Yale.
