Aleksander Lyngvi primarily advises Oil and Gas clients across a wide range of topics, including strategy development, performance improvement, operating model, safety, and sustainability.
He has most recently led projects related to new models for supplier collaboration and supply chain, corporate strategy, technology development, including Agile Innovation and safety culture. Aleksander has also done many transformations and large-scale change programs across the industry.
He also works in other sectors, including Private Equity, Chemicals, and other industrial goods and services spheres, as well as Consumer Products.
Prior to joining us in 2008, he worked at the European Space Agency as a spacecraft systems engineer.
He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Masters in Engineering from the University of Oslo.
