Aleksander
Aleksander is a member of our Energy & Natural Resources and Customer practices.
He advises oil and gas, maritime, and industrial clients on strategy development, M&A, performance improvement, operating model design, and safety initiatives. With nearly 20 years of firm experience, he has led large-scale transformations and performance improvement programs, particularly in upstream oil and gas.
His work spans operations, capital projects, operating model redesign, and M&A across the value chain, including numerous post-merger integration projects. He has also led technology development and innovation initiatives as part of broader transformation efforts across industries.
In addition to his core work in energy, maritime, and industrials, Aleksander has experience serving clients in private equity, chemicals, industrial goods and services, and consumer products.
Prior to joining us in 2008, he worked at the European Space Agency as a spacecraft systems engineer.
He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a master's degree in engineering from the University of Oslo.
