Aly Perez

Aly is a member of our Retail practice.

Aly has worked with several leading grocery and restaurant brands, as well as consumer goods companies. Her work primarily surrounds operating model, go-to-market, and growth strategy. Her case portfolio includes various large-scale merchandising and organizational transformations, growth strategy development, go-to-market designs, and consumer product diligences.

Beyond her client work, she is a leader for our Familia at Bain affinity group, serving as both the co-deputy chair for North America and the local champion for the Washington DC office.

Before joining us, Aly was a technology advisor for a leading healthcare services firm. She graduated from Dartmouth College and UVA's Darden School of Business, where she serves as a member of the Alumni Board.

In her personal time, Aly is a passionate runner, tennis and pickleball player, and outdoor enthusiast, exploring DC and beyond with her husband their two high-energy rescue dogs.
