Anatoliy Yanishen is an associate partner and an expert in our Aviation practice.
He has more than 14 years of consulting experience, mostly in aviation and consumer goods. Much of his work has spanned the Russian Federation, France, South Africa, and Australia.
Anatoliy has primary expertise in cost reduction work, organizational transformations, commercial design and procurement negotiations, business development, results delivery, and strategy work in the aviation sector.
He has led and contributed to consultancy projects in aircraft ground handling (outsourcing in base airports, contracts negotiation); airlines cost optimization (fuel, lounges, crew, maintenance, overhead cost reduction, etc.); customer experience transformations (in catering, airport, and in-flight services); airlines on-time performance improvements; aircraft maintenance optimization (airframe, components repair, development of MRO provider); and airlines integration and asset portfolio management (make vs. buy in maintenance, ground handling).
Anatoliy has also relevant expertise in the consumer products spectrum, particularly in the customer value chain, portfolio and commercial strategy development.
In addition to his client work, he is an active member of Bain Case team management toolkit development and implementation.
Anatoliy holds a Master's Degree in Business and Management from Kyiv National University. He is also a Certified Financial Manager by the American Institute of Management Accountants.
