Jonathan Frick is a member of our Technology and Customer Strategy and Marketing practices. He leads our Technology practice in the UK, and our Commercial Excellence efforts in the technology sector across EMEA.
Jonathan supports technology companies across the spectrum from early stage to some of the largest. He works primarily with B2B businesses, particularly in enterprise application software, data center infrastructure software and hardware.
He focuses on addressing opportunities for growth and transformation, especially across commercial excellence, strategy, M&A, and organization. He has deep experience in B2B commercial excellence, including go-to-market strategy and salesforce effectiveness.
Notably, he has supported go-to-market transformations at several major B2B technology companies, developed new engines of growth at several technology companies, and led salesforce integration projects for multiple large-scale technology mergers.
Jonathan joined our firm in 2003 and previously worked in our San Francisco & Silicon Valley offices for most of his Bain career, as well as in the Nordics and in Chicago. His collective client portfolio encompasses organizations throughout the US, Europe and Asia. Prior to Bain he worked as a software engineer.
He holds an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in Computer Science from Washington University in St. Louis.
