Patrick has deep expertise in healthcare and key trends that are transforming this industry. He has advised clients across a range of healthcare sectors, including medtech, pharma, provider, services, and private equity. His work has covered a broad range of issues, including helping clients accelerate top-line sales growth, expand profit margins, reduce product and process complexity, realign global operating models, simplify org structures, strengthen leadership, sharpen BD focus, and integrate acquired companies.

Patrick has also advised clients across many industries on performance improvement topics to improve efficiency and effectiveness. His work has helped clients improve the quality and lower the cost of business services in G&A, manufacturing, supply chain, and sales and marketing. Patrick's work leverages a mix of performance improvement levers, including global business services, shared services, and partnerships with service providers.

Patrick received a PhD from Oxford University, an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School, and a BA magna cum laude from Harvard University.
