Patrick O’Hagan is a member of our Transformation practice.

For more than 25 years, Patrick has helped clients across a wide range of industries and geographies. His work focuses on growth acceleration, productivity improvement, and operating model redesign, including the use of AI to unlock step-change performance gains. He is an expert in all aspects of the transformation journey across design, delivery, and change management.

Patrick holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a PhD from Oxford University, and a BA from Harvard University.
