Austin, TX – March 26, 2021 – Bain & Company has announced that Randy Huey, an expert in commercial excellence with more than 20 years of experience across sales, strategy and go-to-market operations, has joined the firm’s Commercial Excellence practice. He will be based in the firm’s Austin, Texas office advising clients across the B2B space, providing specialist insights into the technology and healthcare sectors.
In his new role, Randy will also be supporting Bain’s Sales Play System, the firm’s approach to accelerating in-year performance while laying the foundation for sustained multi-year growth. This system is a proven, holistic approach to generating predictable, profitable organic growth for companies.

Prior to joining Bain & Company, Randy had a long track record of leading sustained organic growth and share gain in several sales leadership and operational roles, which focused on go-to-market strategy and commercial operations.
Randy is a proud member of the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility-Corporate Executives Forum™ (HACR-CEF). He earned an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management, where he was awarded the Citigroup Scholarship.
