BOSTON—January 10, 2023— Bain & Company, the global management consulting firm, was recognized for “driving enterprise-wide transformation with strategic automation services” in HFS Research’s inaugural report: Automation Service Providers 2022. In the report, Bain is rated as a “horizon 2”- type provider of automation services who, according to HFS, are known for driving business outcomes, cost reduction, and productivity improvement, as well as for improving both customer and employee experiences through its automation capabilities.
The report examined the automation services of 18 service providers and management consultancies and highlighted Bain’s “broad spectrum of strategic automation services from blueprinting to execution support” and its “holistic approach to automation with a keen focus on overall business transformation, not just technology implementation” to help clients achieve top levels of performance.
