Brian Buckley is a member of our Consumer Products and Digital practices.

He brings over 20 years of leadership experience across several global consumer goods companies, combining operating expertise with a focus on measurable commercial impact. His work centers on digital commerce, go-to-market transformation, and frontline performance, with an emphasis on building digitally enabled commercial organizations. Brian advises senior executives and investors on improving commercial performance through modernized go-to-market models, AI-enabled decisioning, and enhanced frontline execution. He has led digital commerce and sales execution programs, deploying advanced technologies and data-driven ways of working to support growth.

Brian has operated across Europe, North America, and Asia, with experience translating strategy into execution across multi-market environments. Prior to joining Bain, he held senior leadership roles at Carlsberg Group and AB InBev, where he led commercial and digital initiatives, including launching the BEES eB2B platform in the U.S. market and scaling digital sales tools across global markets. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at Diageo, Smollan, and Unilever.

Brian holds a master's degree in International Business and a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management. Outside of work, he supports Formula 1 and Irish rugby, is an avid cyclist, and enjoys RC flying and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
