Deike Diers

Deike Diers is a member of our EMEA Private Equity and Sustainability practices. She specializes in supporting financial investors on due diligence, value creation, and fund strategy, with a focus on integrating sustainability across the investment value chain.

With over 15 years in consulting, Deike advises investors on embedding responsible investment practices, from defining climate strategies and operationalizing net zero commitments to identifying sustainability value drivers in due diligence and value creation planning. She also helps clients prepare for sustainable and successful exits. She co-leads our support of the Initiative Climat International (iCI) and the Sustainable Markets Initiative's Private Equity Task Force, including work on the Private Markets Decarbonization Roadmap and related efforts.

Outside of client work, Deike leads our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion efforts in Zurich and is actively engaged in advancing Women at Bain initiatives. She holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and bachelor’s degrees from both the University of Portsmouth and Münster University of Applied Sciences.
