Donna has more than 20 years of experience in shaping and delivering results from technology-led business transformations for the world's largest consumer products and retail companies. She is across a broad range of topics including digital and core systems transformations, digital innovation, digital product management, platform strategy, technology in mergers and acquisitions (strategy, diligence and integration), technology operating model, technology strategy and cost management.
In addition to her client work, she is deeply involved with our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts.
Prior to Bain, Donna held roles as Partner and Managing Director in two other top-tier global consulting firms' consumer products and retail practices. She has served clients in USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Asia, New Zealand and Australia.
Donna earned an MBA from Melbourne Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering.
