John is a member of our AI, Insights & Solutions practice.

With over 15 years of experience in data and AI across the retail, financial services, and telecommunications industries, John advises clients on AI and data strategy and builds AI solutions that help organizations unlock tangible business value.

John has partnered with leading organizations across Australia, Southeast Asia, and Greater China to deliver end-to-end AI and data programs. His expertise spans AI-ready data foundations, customer value management, pricing and promotion, and call center optimization. Most recently, he led a two-year AI and data transformation program for a large conglomerate in Southeast Asia.

John holds a Master of Engineering in distributed computing from the University of Melbourne.
