Kathleen Holtz

Kathleen Holtz is a member of our Private Equity, Retail, Travel and Leisure, and Media & Entertainment practices.

Her recent work has centered on due diligence for private equity firms across industries, with a particular focus on business services, travel and leisure, and media and entertainment.

Apart from her case work, Kathleen is involved with our local office people development efforts.

Prior to joining us in 2012, Kathleen practiced law for several years, primarily in business litigation.

She holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a JD from the UCLA School of Law.
