Lindsey Naylor

Lindsey Naylor leads our UK Financial Services practice, bringing over 20 years of consulting experience for financial services institutions across the US, EMEA and APAC regions. She collaborates with boards, CEOs, and management teams to address complex challenges and lead strategic transformations that enhance performance and competitiveness.

Throughout her career, Lindsey has guided financial institutions through significant industry shifts, including post-financial crisis recovery strategies, Brexit and operational transformations in response to evolving market dynamics. More recently, she has focused on partnering with her clients on cost reduction initiatives and performance improvement programs, enabling them to achieve sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Lindsey's expertise encompasses designing and implementing target operating models, leading end-to-end cost transformations—such as front-to-back alignment, zero-based budgeting, and service delivery optimization—and formulating strategies to navigate the evolving UK and EU financial landscapes.

She holds an M.A. in economics from the University of Cambridge, with a year of studies completed at MIT. A former participant in the Sutton Trust summer school, she is passionate about expanding access to higher education for students from underrepresented backgrounds. She is also actively involved in mentoring, advancing diversity and inclusion in financial services, and partnering with nonprofit organizations to support community impact.
