Mario Mateiro

Mario Mateiro is a partner in our Advanced Manufacturing & Services and Performance Improvement practices.

He advises clients on topics ranging from corporate strategy to balance sheet restructuring and cost optimization. Over the past several years, Mario has led several end-to-end transformation programs in North America, Europe, and the Middle East, delivering combined bottom-line benefits of over $750M.

He was previously a member of our Private Equity group, where he performed commercial due diligences on multiple assets and led subsequent post-acquisition work.

In addition to his client-serving work, Mario supports our recruiting efforts in EMEA and the US.

He joined us in Madrid in 2010 and subsequently spent significant time in our San Francisco, London, and Sydney offices.

Mario holds an MBA with a major in Finance from the Kellogg School of Management, where he graduated in the top 10% of his class, and a B.Sc. in Management, summa cum laude, from the Nova School of Business & Economics.
