His work spans operational strategy, execution excellence, and transformation.
Beyond client work, Martin has held several internal leadership roles in the Oslo office.
He holds a dual M.Sc. in economic analysis from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and in international business from Ivey Business School.
