Nitin Gupta is a member of our Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) practice , and the Software and Artificial Intelligence practices.
He advises software and telecommunications companies on deploying AI at scale, spanning product strategy, customer experience, and go-to-market transformation. His work includes designing AI-driven operating models, launching new monetization capabilities, and translating GenAI use cases into measurable business impact. Nitin has also led multiple commercial due diligences and value-creation efforts for corporate and private equity clients, with a focus on SaaS businesses. Beyond client work, he contributes to our thought leadership on emerging AI topics, including the implications of GenAI on product development and customer engagement, and leads our Asians at Bain (AAB) affinity group.
He has lived and worked across India, Nigeria, South Africa, the United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States. Nitin holds a Master’s degree in Management from London Business School and an undergraduate degree in engineering from Birla Institute of Technology.
