Oliver Saleh is an member of our AI, Insights, and Solutions practice.
Oliver advises senior executives, product leaders, and engineering teams on how to turn AI from a promising idea into practical business value. He works across AI strategy, platform development, and product delivery, helping organizations build scalable capabilities in areas such as generative AI, search, NLP, and intelligent automation. He is particularly focused on bridging business priorities and technical execution to ensure AI investments translate into measurable outcomes.
Prior to joining Bain, Oliver held senior roles at Microsoft and Apple, where he helped develop and scale AI solutions across search, language technologies, and data-intensive platforms. He brings more than 15 years of experience building production-grade systems and leading cross-functional teams in complex enterprise environments.
He holds a master’s degree from the University of Toronto and has published research in adaptive signal processing.
