Onur has extensive consulting experience in Europe, Middle East and Turkey. He focuses in aviation, consumer goods and retail (for both food and non-food) companies. He has extensive experience in commercial growth, strategic diligence, corporate center design, omnichannel retail transformation and customer experience improvement, loyalty program design and implementation, and cost base management projects.
Onur also works on digital transformations and agile frameworks. He has experience in digital prototyping, design thinking and design sprints, digital customer experience evaluation and use-case design. He is a Certified Scrum Master, focusing on agile implementation methods.
He earned an MBA from INSEAD and a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Sabancı University.
