Sagar Rath

Sagar is a member of our Architecture Guild within the firm's Enterprise Technology practice, operating as the group's Middle East interlock. He is a seasoned senior architect with over 15 years of experience in business and technology architecture across industries, with a key focus on financial services.

Sagar specializes in building architecture capabilities from scratch and leading them to deliver impact across process and technology landscapes. His experience includes designing complex architecture strategies and assessments for priority topics, maturing and augmenting architecture operating models, and designing banking architecture for regulatory programs such as operational resilience.

Prior to joining Bain, Sagar held several senior architecture leadership roles at HSBC and other firms.

Sagar holds an MBA and an engineering degree in computer science. In his personal time, he enjoys exploring new cultures with his family and plays competitive lawn tennis.
