He is a leader within the Architecture Guild and has more than 25 years of experience helping organizations build technology strategy and translate it into tangible business outcomes. He has led architecture and delivery for complex transformation programs across financial services and telecommunications, working with organizations including Lloyds Banking Group, Nationwide, St. James’s Place, and NFU Mutual. His work has delivered measurable impact, including the introduction of new digital channels, improvements in customer experience, modernizing technology landscapes, and enabling large-scale change.

Sanjeev brings expertise in technology strategy, digital transformation, and enterprise architecture, and combines strategic thinking with pragmatic delivery. He works closely with senior stakeholders to navigate complexity, unlock value from technology investments, and deliver long-term impact.
