Shruti Agrawal is a member of our Consumer Products and Retail practices.
She advises on growth strategy, sales acceleration, route-to-market transformation, and performance improvement. She has led multiple end-to-end transformations for leading global and Indian companies across food and beverage, beauty and personal care, and alco-beverage sectors. Her work focuses on channel strategy, distribution redesign, and commercial excellence. In addition to growth transformations, she has led market entry strategies, post-merger integrations, and commercial due diligences.
As part of her experience at Bain, Shruti completed a six-month global transfer to the Nordics, where she worked with financial services clients on growth strategy and operating model transformation.
She holds an MBA from S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research and is a Chartered Accountant.
