Tony Walker

Tony Walker is a leader in the firm's global Metals & Mining practice, as well as an active member of the Energy & Natural Resources and Performance Improvement practices.

Tony has nearly two decades of management consulting experience working with clients across a range of industries globally with a strong focus on strategy, performance improvement, digital and organizational topics.

Tony holds deep expertise in the global mining industry having worked across a wide range of commodities in most mining regions including Australia, North America, Africa and Southeast Asia. He regularly advises clients on a range of topics including operations and maintenance performance improvement, organizational effectiveness, capital productivity, supply chain and asset strategy.

In addition to the mining sector, Tony has experience in the oil and gas, consumer electronics, financial services and telecommunications sectors.

Tony has previously worked in Bain's Sydney and Toronto offices. Prior to joining Bain in 2011, he was a vice president at another global firm based in their London and Tokyo offices.

Tony studied at the University of Cambridge where he received a Masters in Engineering.
