Sobre Hans Joachim
Dr. Hans Joachim Heider is partner in Bain & Company's Munich office. He is the co-leader of Bain EMEA's Telecommunications, Media and Technology practices, as well as an expert in the firm's global Automotive practice.
Hans Joachim has more than 10 years of management consulting experience and delivers strategies that work for business leaders.
Within the technology industry, he focuses primarily on the semiconductors, network equipment and IT services sectors. He also has broad expertise in the mobile ecosystem, including semiconductors, sensors, OS, devices, ISVs and operators.
Hans Joachim has additional experience across a range of telecommunications sectors. He holds deep expertise in full potential and cost transformation programs as well as post-merger integration and organizational transformations.
Prior to joining Bain in 2003, Hans Joachim spent four years conducting research in semiconductor technology.
He studied electrical engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology in the United States and industrial engineering at FU Hagen in Germany. He holds a PhD in electrical engineering from TU Hamburg-Harburg in Germany.
