For the past five years, Bain's focus on veteran recruitment has resulted in an over 20% annual growth rate in our veteran hires. Currently, VABs membership comprises consultants at all levels throughout our global offices and includes numerous partners.

VABs coordinates a number of activities across Bain's global organization.
