As concerns rise about the end of the 10-year bull market and geopolitical uncertainty, healthcare companies with stable returns will become increasingly attractive to buyout groups, according to a report by Bain & Company due to be published Monday.
“[In the time of] coronavirus and on the brink of a recession, [investors] love assets that provide stability and continued demand due to demographic factors,” said Franz-Robert Klingan, a partner with Bain & Company's EMEA healthcare private equity practice.
