About the role

The Market Reputation Coordinator supports the execution of Bain’s marketing and communications activities across Sweden and Finland.

Based in Stockholm and reporting to the Market Reputation Manager, this role is central to coordinating campaigns, events, and local initiatives that strengthen Bain’s visibility and reputation in the market. You’ll work closely with colleagues in the Nordic Market Reputation team, local office teams, and other marketing centers of excellence (PR, Digital, Brand & Creative, and Employer Branding).

This position is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented coordinator who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys making things happen, someone who can manage multiple moving parts, work well with people, and keep projects running smoothly from idea to execution.

 

 

What you’ll do

 

Campaigns & Digital Coordination

  • Support the execution of local and regional marketing campaigns across Sweden and Finland.
  • Adapt and distribute Bain’s thought leadership and brand content for local audiences.
  • Assist with social media localization, content scheduling and data collection in collaboration with the Nordic team.[JE1] 
  • Ensure consistent and high-quality campaign execution across digital and offline channels.

 

Events & Experience Execution

  • Coordinate logistics and end-to-end delivery for Bain-hosted events, conferences, and thought-leadership sessions.
  • Liaise with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and an excellent attendee experience.
  • Support local participation in employer branding and recruiting events (coordination, materials, social promotion).
  • Track budgets, timelines, and post-event reporting for continuous improvement.

 

CRM & Data Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Bain’s CRM to support client, media, and influencer engagement.
  • Build and manage contact lists for campaigns and event invitations.
  • Ensure data integrity and support reporting on campaign effectiveness and audience engagement.

 

Collaboration & Stakeholder Support

  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for local offices in Sweden and Finland, coordinating communications and marketing requests.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in global and regional marketing teams to ensure alignment and sharing of best practices.
  • Work professionally and tactfully with senior stakeholders, demonstrating confidence, discretion, and strong interpersonal judgment.
  • Support ad hoc marketing activities and workload peaks as needed.

 

 

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or communications (B2B or professional services experience a plus).
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on deadlines.
  • Proven ability to execute events and campaigns end-to-end with attention to detail and quality.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools and CRM systems; quick learner with an interest in martech and data-driven marketing.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, professional, diplomatic, and confident when interacting with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish; Finnish is a plus.
  • A proactive team player with a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Bonus: experience in visual content creation, video editing, or copywriting for digital channels.
  • Based in Stockholm.
