Come join our Pre-summer program at the São Paulo office!
We invite all candidates admitted to an MBA or International Master’s program to participate in our Pre-MBA internship before classes begin, with the opportunity to receive an offer and secure your summer internship in advance.
The Pre-MBA program is structured similarly to our summer internship program, in which candidates are staffed on a real project and have the opportunity to interact with clients and the Bain team. You will gain hands-on insight into how we support our clients and experience our unique consulting approach.

The process includes two stages:
Phase 1: Online test Gorilla in English and resumé screening
- Modules: Numerical reasoning, Business judgment, Leadership and People management, Problem solving
Phase 2: Case interviews
- Power round: 3 case interviews
Program & Timeline:
- If selected, the Pre-MBA Summer Intern will complete comprehensive onboarding training, be staffed on a real project, and receive continuous feedback and formal evaluations, which may lead to securing a spot in the 2027 Summer Associate program.
- The Pre-Summer internship may take place between May and August, with a flexible duration depending on availability prior to the start of the MBA program.
- Portuguese is mandatory for this program.
