WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
The Talent Acquisition Assessment Analyst will join Bain’s Talent Acquisition Global Assessment Center of Excellence (CoE) supporting the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of Bain’s global assessment strategy. This role exists to ensure that Bain’s interview and digital assessments are data-driven, scalable, and consistently high quality.
The analyst will partner closely with stakeholders across the Global Talent Acquisition team to provide robust assessment reporting and insights, support the evolution of Bain’s interview assessments, including AI-enabled interview materials and contribute to the advancement of digital assessment tools. The role plays a critical connective function between data, technology, and assessment strategy, helping Bain maintain rigor and fairness while continuously improving and innovating its recruiting processes.
WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
You will be part of Bain’s Global Talent Acquisition team, specifically within the Global Assessment Center of Excellence (CoE), supporting global recruiting processes through data, technology, and assessment strategy. The role connects assessment data, digital tools, and interview processes to drive consistency, quality, and innovation across Bain’s hiring practices.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Reporting, Analyzing, and Maintaining Assessment-Related Data (40%)
- Own reporting and analysis of digital and interview assessment data across the recruiting lifecycle
- Maintain assessment data integrity from multiple systems and platforms, including Avature and third-party SaaS tools
- Develop reporting capabilities and identify ways to improve data tracking to support evolving business needs
- Develop zero defect analysis and communicate insights to improve assessment quality, candidate experience, and decision-making
- Support ongoing monitoring and continuous improvement of assessment outcomes and screening processes
- Interview assessments (~20-30%)
- Support interview assessment strategy which may include support on the following initiatives:
- Support AI enablement of Bain’s interview materials, including the development of applications which aide in the creation and review of interview materials, including creation and QC tools
- Maintain and enhance AI interview applications post production
- Provide support and training to interviewers and collect feedback to inform future improvements
- Oversee and maintain the assessment materials library, providing guidance to interviewers and recruiting teams to ensure effective use
- Support other assessment initiatives as needed
- Digital assessments (~20-30%)
- Support screening efforts and identify ways to improve efficiency in the screening process
- Support recruiting teams use of digital assessments which may include developing and sharing screening guidance, troubleshooting issues with Avature and third-party SaaS tools, providing clear messaging and communications and supporting training sessions
ABOUT YOU
- Experience
- ~3-4 years professional experience, preferably with experience in a client-facing role in consulting, knowledge management or research and analysis
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree with high academic achievement

- Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to synthesize data, generate insights, and translate analysis into recommended actions and next steps
- Demonstrated curiosity, problem-solving ability, and initiative to learn new tools and take on new projects, including being a power user of AI/LLMs and quickly grasping new requirements, technologies, tools, and concepts
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with statistical analysis tools preferred
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, effective at influencing and partnering with global stakeholders to understand customer needs and drive improvements
- Driven and self-motivated, able to work productively both independently and as an integral member of global teams
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to manage global projects, juggle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
- Ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the firm in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, efficient, and demonstrating the highest levels of professionalism
- Strong knowledge of consulting interviews and business background preferred
