We are currently the top ranked consulting firm on Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work list and have earned the #1 overall spot a record seven times. Extraordinary teams are at the heart of our business strategy, but these don’t happen by chance. They require intentional focus on bringing together a broad set of backgrounds, cultures, experiences, perspectives, and skills in a supportive and inclusive work environment. We hire people with exceptional talent and create an environment in which every individual can thrive professionally and personally.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

Working alongside Bain’s TMT practice and case teams across the Americas, you’ll collaborate with Directors, Managers, Project Leads, Associates, and Analysts to solve complex client challenges, develop industry perspectives, and create innovative solutions.

WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM

As a Project Leader, TMT, you’ll lead projects and teams while helping strengthen our TMT capabilities in the Americas.

You’ll combine industry knowledge, analytical problem solving, and people leadership to translate complex business questions into actionable research and insights. You’ll own high-quality delivery while building strong relationships with Bain case teams and developing the capabilities of your team.

  • Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team with a focus on long-term capability building and retention
  • Provide day-to-day coaching to Project Leads and Associates on work planning, problem solving, hypothesis generation, and consulting skills
  • Deliver performance reviews and build trust-based relationships across the team
  • Model Bain’s culture and leadership behaviors in your day-to-day work
