WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll join our Zurich Recruiting team, partnering closely with consultants, candidates, university partners, and colleagues across Bain offices. This team plays a critical role in attracting and engaging top talent through on-campus recruiting, interview processes, and candidate programming.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Marketing & Events
- Planning, execution, and follow-up of recruiting events for students
- Development of marketing strategy and new innovative marketing activities at selected universities
- Development and maintenance of relationships with career centers and partner organizations at universities
- Selection process
- First point of contact for applicants and Bain consultants for all recruiting-related questions
- Coordination of the selection process from application selection to accompanying candidates during the offer and closing process
- Identification and direct approach of talents as well as maintenance of contacts with high potentials
- Planning, preparation, execution, and follow-up of interview days including moderation of pre- and post-discussions
- Administration & organization
- Scheduling of interviews and coordination of appointments with applicants and Bain consultants
- Booking and organization of locations, catering, and materials for recruiting events
- Maintenance of the recruiting database and applicant data
- Projects, Controlling & other tasks
- Implementation of projects as part of the continuous improvement of internal processes
- Controlling and analysis of recruiting key figures with the aim of making successes measurable
- Participation in the development of the overall Swiss recruitment strategy
- Participation in cross-country working groups
ABOUT YOU
- High degree of initiative and drive
- Organizational talent with great flexibility and creativity
- Responsibility, reliability, and a pronounced service orientation
- Enjoyment of precise work in a dynamic and international environment
- Successfully completed studies
- Initial professional experience in talent acquisition, university marketing, HR, or event marketing
- Good knowledge of the Swiss university landscape
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to participate in events (virtual and on-site, frequency varies seasonally from 1 to 6 times per month), some of which may also take place in the evening
