WHAT MAKES US A GREAT PLACE TO WORK

We are proud to be consistently recognized as one of the world’s best places to work. We are currently the top ranked consulting firm on Glassdoor's Best Places to Work list and have earned the #1 overall spot a record seven times. Extraordinary teams are at the heart of our business strategy, but these don’t happen by chance. They require intentional focus on bringing together a broad set of backgrounds, cultures, experiences, perspectives, and skills in a supportive and inclusive work environment. We hire people with exceptional talent and create an environment in which every individual can thrive professionally and personally.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll join our Global Marketing team based in Warsaw GBS, working closely with Practice Marketers and Bain’s broader client-facing distribution teams. You’ll also partner with Design, Brand, and local marketing colleagues across the business to bring bold, client-centric event experiences to life.

WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As a Marketing Events Specialist, you’ll support the execution of high-impact Bain-hosted and third-party events, combining exceptional project management with a strong focus on client experience. You’ll independently manage smaller-scale events while also supporting more complex engagements in collaboration with senior Event Leads.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of lower-complexity Bain-hosted events (in-person and virtual)

  • Serve as project manager for more complex or high-profile events alongside senior leads

  • Shape event vision and experience design in partnership with internal stakeholders

  • Own logistics, vendor sourcing, budgeting, and on-site execution

  • Coordinate Bain’s presence at third-party conferences, from research to logistics

  • Ensure consistent brand representation across all events

  • Monitor and share emerging event trends and tools to inform our evolving strategy

  • Apply best practices to improve operational excellence and team collaboration

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing, Event Management, Communications or related field preferred)

  • Strong English language skills (minimum C1 proficiency level required)

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams

  • Confident communicator and relationship-builder across levels of seniority

  • Collaborative team player with a proactive and flexible approach

  • Experience with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Cvent and Salesforce will be a plus

  • Willingness to travel approximately 20–30% annually

  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, with and expectation of working 2 days per week from the office in Warsaw and 3 days remotely
