This exclusive event is designed for outstanding female university students, doctoral candidates, and young professionals who want to learn more about Bain & Company and the exciting world of strategy consulting.
Get to know our people, our culture, and the way we work. You'll gain real insights into the everyday life of our consultants, explore the kind of impactful projects we tackle, and discover the diverse career paths Bain offers. A special focus will be on our "Women at Bain" initiative, where you'll meet Bainies who are passionate about supporting and empowering women at every step of their careers.
You’ll have plenty of opportunities to connect – in interactive sessions, fun activities, during a personal dinner with Bainies, and in a hands-on case workshop, where you’ll step into the role of a Bain consultant. Together with other participants, you’ll work on a real case for the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR), developing a global fundraising strategy for 2026 and beyond.
Date & Time: The event program will run from May 7, 2026 at 1:30 PM. to May 8, 2026 at approximately 11:00 PM. The departure date for anyone who does not live in Munich or the surrounding area is May 9, 2026.
Location: Munich
Target Audience: The event is aimed at outstanding female university students from the 4th semester onwards, doctoral candidates and young professionals from all fields of study.
