What’s critical right now for frontline healthcare providers in the US? First, the redeployment of other specialists in the hospital to help. Clearer communication and increased telehealth round out frontline emergency and intensive care unit providers’  top requests in a survey conducted by Bain & Company during the last week of March. Other specialists are gearing up to help, but also need support, particularly training on response roles, according to survey respondents.
