We offer a series of programs that help you meet women leaders here at Bain. They range from webinars and undergraduate masterclasses to an in-person weekend in Milan. Throughout all, you’ll have an opportunity to ask questions and discuss your future in a positive and supportive environment.
Craft your own career path
The Women Lead to Inspire series can help you understand the career paths available to you in an exciting field where women tend to be underrepresented. Each program is an opportunity to meet your vibrant and powerful peers, and develop your community.
Lead to Inspire masterclass
Undergraduates can attend monthly live virtual trainings and get paired with a one-on-one mentor. This is your chance to work on your communication and leadership skills, and prepare for case interviews.
Lead to Inspire fellowship
Just beginning your MBA? Pair up with a Bain leader who can be your one-on-one mentor and sounding board. They can help coach you for interviews, career opportunities, and whatever else arises.
Lead to Inspire weekend
Come meet us in Milan to connect with peers across Europe and the Middle East to work on your leadership skills. (This one is open to those with 3-8 years of working experience.)

These programs are for individuals who identify as women.
We invite everyone interested in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. Eligibility varies depending on which event you’d like to attend. These programs are for individuals:
- Masterclass—Open to undergraduates and graduates (bachelor’s and master’s level). Apply in September to attend in October.
- Fellowship—Open to first year MBA students. Apply during the summer to start in the fall.
- Weekend—Open for women with 3-8 years of work experience. Apply in February or March to attend in person in Milan in May.
- Lead to inspire webinars—Open to everyone who is interested. We’ll post when new ones are available.
