Amanda Williams

Amanda is a member of our AI, Insights & Solutions practice.

She helps corporate clients navigate new technology and ways of working to become more customer-centric, with extensive experience in product management, venture development, and customer experience transformation. She also works closely with our Customer and FRWD practices on our Experimentation at Scale product.

Amanda is passionate about delivering positive change for customers and employees and ensures that capability building and coaching are part of every project. Her recent work includes product and proposition development in energy, a digital venture spinout in healthcare, and digital sales funnel optimization in financial services.

Before joining Bain in 2022, Amanda spent over 10 years in corporate innovation and venture capital in London and Hong Kong.

She holds an MSc in Environmental Technology & Business from Imperial College London and is passionate about supporting female and social entrepreneurs.
