Andrew primarily focuses on sustained cost transformations leveraging zero-based budgeting (ZBB) and zero-based redesign (ZBR). Additionally, he holds deep expertise in operating model redesign, decision effectiveness and RAPID. He has served clients in such topics across a wide range of industries, including technology, telecommunications, healthcare and private equity.
Prior to joining Bain in 2010, Andrew worked as a consultant for another top firm.
He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Chicago.
