Annie Medaglia

Annie Medaglia is a member of our Energy & Natural Resources and Sustainability & Responsibility practices.

She advises clients on the energy and sustainability transition, with a focus on scaling investments and infrastructure. Annie partners with clients to define strategy, build organizational models, and drive performance improvement. She also leads our engagement with the Business Roundtable, shaping corporate contributions to public policy discourse on behalf of the CEO.

Before joining Bain, Annie worked in the foreign policy arena, with roles at the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Senate, and the Atlantic Council. Her work spanned political and economic portfolios across dozens of countries. She is currently a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Annie holds an MBA, a Master in Public Policy, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia.
