“I’m passionate about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, at Bain and for our clients, and have been able to lead several office efforts on the topic both at my home office and at a firm level.”

Hi, my name is Nandita. Learn more about me and my time at Bain through some Q&A.

How have you "built your own Bain?"

I joined the firm as an associate consultant. During my time at Bain, I took a “Take 2,” a two-month leave of absence, and studied Hindi in the Himalayas, helped Bain develop intellectual property (IP) on how to get women to the top and had an internal role with our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion practice. I’m passionate about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, for our clients and at Bain, and have been able to lead several office efforts on the topic both at my home office and at a firm level.

How has your personal community played a part in your Bain journey?

My Bain community is very important to me. For my wedding, I invited my entire Bain associate consultant (AC) class and they performed an Indian dance.

Given your experience, what makes Bain's work unique?

We take a very collaborative approach to working with our clients, and we are consistently working on the top five topics of a CEO’s agenda.
