Hi, my name is Nandita. Learn more about me and my time at Bain through some Q&A.
How have you "built your own Bain?"
I now focus on Performance Improvement and AI, working with clients across a range of industries. I've done many different things at Bain across 12+ years here that have been very rewarding. I started at Bain as an Associate Consultant in Boston, moved across the country to found our Seattle Office, and have done an externship as well as an internal rotation in our Sustainability practice. I also play leadership roles with our affinity groups and Education@Bain initiatives.
How has your personal community played a part in your Bain journey?
My community has been a critical part of my Bain journey: I've been fortunate to have great peers and mentors. My AC classmates have become some of my best friends, and my mentors consistently give me valuable perspective on work and life, including how to be a working parent. Bain is a place where people really care about each other and have a lot of fun together!
Given your experience, what makes Bain's work unique?
Bain's work is unique in both what we do and how we do it. We tackle the hardest strategic questions our clients face, and we help them address these challenges in an incredibly collaborative way while staying "true north" (i.e., doing the right thing by them).
