Charles Prevost

Charles Prevost is a member of our Healthcare & Life Sciences practice, with over 12 years of consulting experience across North America and Europe.

Charles advises Medtech and Life Sciences companies on their most important strategic and commercial decisions — from corporate and business unit strategy to go-to-market, M&A, and large-scale transformation. He brings particular depth in commercial excellence and operating model redesign, with a focus on how leading companies can leverage AI and digital capabilities to sharpen execution and create competitive advantage.

Prior to Los Angeles, Charles was based in our Paris office, which he joined in 2017. He is actively involved in Bain's global training programs.

He holds master's degrees from ESSEC Business School (France) and Paris Dauphine University (France).

Outside of work, Charles is a father of two and a passionate tennis player and surfer.
