Chris Xanthakis is a member of Bain's Performance Improvement and Media & Entertainment practices.
Chris has over 10 years of consulting experience and a proven track record of leading complex transformations and delivering results. His expertise includes supply chain optimization, procurement, merger integration, and multi-year strategy. He has worked with many of the top companies in the retail and entertainment industries, including TV and film-based media conglomerates, video game publishers, and location-based entertainment.
In addition to his casework, Chris is also responsible for leading recruiting for summer and full-time consultants for the Los Angeles office.
Prior to joining Bain & Company, Chris had experience working at Marlin Equity Partners and another consulting firm.
He holds an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in business economics from UCLA.
