Chris Xanthakis is a member of Bain's Performance Improvement and Media & Entertainment practices.
Chris has over 10 years of consulting experience and a proven track record of leading complex transformations and delivering results. His expertise includes supply chain optimization, procurement, merger integration, and multi-year strategy. He has worked with many of the top companies in the entertainment industry, including TV and film based media conglomerates, video game publishers, and location based entertainment.
In addition to his casework, Chris is also responsible for leading recruiting for summer and full-time consultants for the Los Angeles Office.
Prior to joining Bain & Company, Chris had experience working at Marlin Equity Partners and another consulting firm.
He holds an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Business Economics from UCLA.
