Christophe De Vusser

Christophe is the Worldwide Managing Partner, CEO, and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Bain & Company. He oversees the firm’s global strategy and operations, including Modernize Bain – our AI transformation focused on unlocking new levels of client impact and enhancing our distinctive culture in the AI era.

Previously, Christophe led Bain’s EMEA Private Equity practice and served as managing partner of Bain’s Brussels office. Over his 25+ year career at the firm, he has been recognized as one of the foremost experts in deal advisory and value creation work for portfolio companies owned by financial investors. Christophe began his career in consumer products at Procter & Gamble and has also been active in Bain’s Consumer Products practice. 

Christophe is a member of the Business Roundtable and the World Economic Forum, including the International Business Council and the Forum’s Alliance of CEO Climate Leaders. He sits on the Board of Directors of Kick Cancer, a non-profit organization that fights pediatric cancer.

Christophe holds master’s degrees in civil engineering and multilingual business communication from the University of Ghent. He is based in New York and is married with two children.
