Clay Callaway

Clay Callaway is a member of our Energy & Natural Resources practice.

He has worked across the full energy value chain for corporate clients, with a focus on upstream (oilfield services) and downstream (chemicals and refining). His casework centers on strategy and performance improvement, including new business building, portfolio management, capital allocation, end-to-end supply chain optimization, and strategic procurement.

Outside of client work, Clay co-leads the Houston office affiliation programming, serves as class champion for second-year associate consultants, sponsors pro bono 'Inspire' consulting efforts, and has served as a program manager for senior consultants and managers.

He holds an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in systems engineering and economics from the University of Virginia.

Outside of work, he enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife, dog, and two children.
