Clem Wood

Clem Wood is a member of our Performance Improvement, People & Organization, Strategy & Transformation, and Consumer Products practices.

Clem has led complex global transformations at multibillion-dollar leading firms in consumer products, retail, and technology. His expertise and experience span margin improvement using all levers including AI, organization and operating model design and installation, from structure and role of the center to accountabilities, process, management system, and team design, and transformation change management and communications. The work he led with a global consumer products client won the World Procurement Awards' 2025 Procurement Consultancy Project Award.

In addition to his client work, Clem is a leader in Advanced Degree recruiting for our New York office.

He holds a PhD from Princeton University, an MSt from the University of Oxford, and a BA from Harvard University, all in Classics.

In his personal time, Clem enjoys reading, running, traveling, and spending time with his wife, children, and dogs.
